How do I get help with an order?

How does delivery work?
When you place an order through Blossom & Preen, we will process it and you will then receive the item directly from the brand. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for more details.
I need to return an item. How should I do it?
We hope you love your product, but if you need to return it please contact us via hello@blossomandpreen.com and we will liaise with the Brand on your behalf to process the refund/exchange if required.
Do you charge for returns?
If the item is damaged or faulty, returns will be free of charge. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind you will have to pay the postage. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for more information.
When will my order arrive?
When you go through to checkout you will have different delivery options, from standard to express, so please select the one most suitable.
Will I be charged multiple delivery fees if purchasing from more than one brand?
Each brand has its own delivery fee so you may be charged more than one fee if buying from multiple brands. Please check the product pages for further delivery details, as some brands offer free delivery over a certain amount.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we only ship to addresses within the UK.
