Delivery & Returns


Each brand offers different delivery options. These are available to see using the links on our shipping policy page, product pages and when you go through to checkout and click "shipping". Please select from the options given and note the time frames, as these may vary depending on the type of product ordered. 

Once a product has been ordered, an order confirmation email will be sent with the order number and delivery details.

As a marketplace, the returns policy will vary by brand, please see individual product pages for details. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, but you will be able to return most items should you change your mind.
Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. is personalised or can't be resold by the brand as made to the customer's specifications)
  • Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (e.g. earrings or cosmetics) where the seal is broken

To avoid disappointment, please check with the individual product returns policy to see whether an item is refundable or non-refundable before ordering.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product

Contact Blossom & Preen directly via to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return a product. Please note: orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped. 

Returning your order to the brand

Once you have contacted Blossom & Preen and have confirmation for your return, please follow the below steps to return your order.

  1. If already received, package the item up and send it back to the return address provided (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service and please retain your proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the product unless it is damaged or faulty.
  2. Blossom & Preen will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:
    i) 14 days after the day the product is received by the brand; or
    ii) if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to the brand; or
    iii) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed the Blossom & Preen (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product including the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve contacted Blossom & Preen and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the Brand).
