Returns
CAHM takes every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but very occasionally damages may occur. A replacement or refund will be issued if products are damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. Items that have been used cannot be replaced or refunded.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another fragrance of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
