Returns
If you wish to return an item please contact returns@blossomandpreen.com within 14 days of the product arriving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please email returns@blossomandpreen.com to arrange a return before sending goods.
If an item arrives damaged, please make contact within 48 hours and send a photo as evidence. Once your return has been approved an email will be sent with details of where to return the item (return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or faulty).
