Standard Delivery 2-3 days after dispatch: £5 (Royal Mail)
Express Delivery Mon-Fri on orders placed before 1pm: £10 (Royal Mail)
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
Returns
The policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email hello@blossomandpreen.com with photo evidence within 48 hours. The Standard Returns Policy is 14 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to hello@blossomandpreen.com. It is recommended that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
