If you’re a writer, expert, practitioner or someone with a meaningful lived experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
We welcome contributions that feel grounded, thoughtful and truly helpful for women navigating wellbeing, including:
Expert perspectives
For nutritionists, dermatologists, hormone specialists, therapists, coaches, trainers, yoga/Pilates teachers and more.
Topics might include:
- Navigating hormonal changes
- Skincare from a trusted professional lens
- Movement, recovery or nervous-system support
- Burnout, confidence and mindset
- Nutrition and everyday wellbeing
- Non-fear based, evidence-led wellness advice
Evergreen wellbeing articles
For writers and content creators.
These could be:
- Gentle how-tos
- Myth-busting explainers
- Approachable rituals
- Seasonal wellbeing guides
- Listicles rooted in evidence and expert insight
Real women’s stories
We're always open to considered, personal pieces about life transitions - motherhood, solo seasons, fertility, breakups, career pivots, midlife, and moments of growth.

We’re currently in the early building phase, so contributions are unpaid, but our intention is to commission paid work as the platform evolves.

We value writing that is:

- Written with women’s lived realities in mind
- Accessible, not preachy
- Grounded, not “guru-like”
We do not publish fear-based content, extreme claims, miracle fixes, or anything that may feel pressuring or unrealistic.
How to pitch
If you’d like to contribute, send a short pitch including:
- Your idea (2-3 sentences)
- Which category it fits (e.g. hormones, movement, mindset, self-care, nutrition, skin, life transitions)
- Whether you’re an expert, writer or are sharing a lived experience
- Any links to previous work (if you have them - not essential)
